Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Restoring the shape you remember.
Overview
A mastopexy elevates and reshapes the breast — repositioning the nipple, tightening the envelope, restoring upper-pole fullness. It can be performed alone or combined with a modest implant for volume.
The Ideal Candidate
- Sagging or deflated shape after pregnancy, weight change, or time
- Nipples sitting at or below the breast fold
- Stable weight
- Finished with breastfeeding for at least six months
Recovery Timeline
Days 1–7
Support garment worn; swelling and tightness expected.
Week 2
Most patients return to non-physical work.
Weeks 3–6
Swelling recedes; shape refines; exercise resumes gradually.
Month 3–12
Scars soften from pink to pale; final shape settled.
