Liliav provides brokerage and concierge services: information, surgeon and clinic introductions, quote coordination, travel arrangement assistance, and aftercare coordination. Liliav does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not perform or supervise any medical procedure.
No medical relationship
Use of this site or our services does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Liliav. Your medical relationship is solely with the independent, licensed surgeon and facility you choose. All medical decisions, consent processes, and outcomes are between you and them.
Quotes & pricing
Price ranges shown on this site are indicative only. Binding quotes are issued in writing by the clinic or surgeon. Liliav’s coordination fee structure is disclosed to you before any commitment; we do not add hidden margins to medical quotes.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information to consulting surgeons, to follow pre- and post-operative guidance from your medical team, and to make your decision freely. You must be 18 or older to use our services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liliav is not liable for medical outcomes, the acts or omissions of independent clinics and surgeons, or travel disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with our coordination services is limited to the fees you paid to Liliav for those services.

Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stands.
